Pancka Creation – T-Shirt Printing Services

1. General

By placing an order with Pancka Creation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all custom apparel and printing services provided by us.

 

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before production begins.

  • Orders are confirmed only after receiving payment and artwork approval.

 

3. Design & Artwork

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their submitted designs (logos, text, colors, placement).

  • We are not liable for errors in user-submitted artwork.

  • If we assist with design, a digital mockup will be provided for approval.

  • Production will not begin until final artwork is approved in writing/email.

 

4. Printing & Production

  • Slight variations in color, alignment, or size may occur due to different printing methods.

  • We strive to match colors as closely as possible but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, especially on different fabric types.

  • We reserve the right to adjust artwork placement for better results unless otherwise specified by the client.

 

5. Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround is 3–7 business days after artwork approval and payment.

  • Large or complex orders may take longer.

  • Rush orders may incur additional charges and must be confirmed in writing.

 

6. Product & Material

  • We use high-quality garments from trusted suppliers.

  • Occasionally, due to stock issues, we may substitute a similar item after informing the customer.

  • Garment sizing may vary slightly by brand; size charts are provided for reference only.

 

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

  • Any damages or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

 

8. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final.

  • No returns or refunds are accepted on custom-printed items unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  • Issues must be reported within 3 business days of receipt, along with photographic evidence.

  • Approved refunds or reprints are at our discretion.

 

9. Intellectual Property

  • By submitting artwork or logos, you confirm that you have the right to use them.

  • We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations from client-submitted content.

  • We reserve the right to refuse printing of offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission.

 

10. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

 

11. Privacy

  • Customer information is used solely to fulfill orders and will not be shared with third parties.

  • We may use images of completed work for marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.

 

12. Changes to Terms

Pancka Creation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
