At Pancka Creation we take pride in delivering high-quality custom-printed T-shirts. Since each item is made-to-order, please read our return policy carefully.
1. Custom Orders Are Final
All custom-printed orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects or printing errors caused by us.
2. Eligible Return Reasons
We will only accept returns or offer reprints/refunds if:

The product is damaged or defective

The wrong design or size was printed compared to the approved order

You received the wrong product
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

Be unused and unwashed

Be reported within 3 business days of delivery

Include photos showing the issue clearly
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return, please:

Email us at pancka.creation@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number, issue description, and clear photos.

We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we may:

Issue a full/partial refund

Reprint and resend the item at no extra cost

Request the original item be returned for inspection (in some cases)
4. What Is Not Covered
We do not offer returns or refunds for:

Incorrect sizing if the correct size was ordered (size charts are provided)

Minor color or design variation (within industry tolerance)

Change of mind after the item has been printed

Delays caused by courier or third parties
5. Shipping for Returns
If a return is approved, we will provide the return shipping instructions. In most cases of our error, return shipping costs are covered by us.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before printing begins. Once the design is approved and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
